Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how entry fees and refunds are handled for Future Traders Association competitions. FTA competitions are currently free to enter. If a future competition introduces an entry fee, the specific terms will be stated at the time of registration.

Entry Fees

When a competition charges an entry fee, payment is processed through Base44 Payments during registration. Your team is not fully registered until payment is completed. Any applicable fee and deadline will be published on the competition page.

Refunds

For any paid competition, refunds are available if requested before that competition's registration closes. To request a refund, contact contactventurecup@gmail.com with your team name and payment details. Refund requests received after registration closes are not eligible.

Failed or Duplicate Payments

If a payment fails or you are charged in error, contact us and we will resolve it. We do not store card details, so some payment issues may also need to be resolved directly with the payment processor.
