Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the terms for the Future Traders Association's Venture Cup entry fee. By registering and paying, you acknowledge these terms.

Entry Fee

The Venture Cup requires a $40 entry fee per team, paid through Base44 Payments during registration. Your team is not fully registered until payment is completed.

Refunds

Refunds are not available after registration closes on July 28. If you request a refund before registration closes, contact contactventurecup@gmail.com with your team name and payment details, and we will process a refund if your request is received before the deadline.

Failed or Duplicate Payments

If a payment fails or you are charged in error, contact us and we will resolve it. We do not store card details, so some payment issues may also need to be resolved directly with the payment processor.
