Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Future Traders Association website, competitions, and programs. By registering, submitting, or participating, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

FTA programs are open to current high school and college students. You must be enrolled at an accredited school to compete in the Venture Cup or submit research. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

Venture Cup

The Venture Cup is a team competition. Teams must consist of exactly 2 eligible students. Entry is free. Teams must follow the published competition rules, meet all deadlines, and submit original work. Late submissions are not accepted. Judges' decisions are final.

Research Submissions

FTA Research accepts original research authored by students. By submitting, you confirm the work is your own, that you have permission to share any included material, and that you consent to editorial review and, if accepted, publication. Plagiarism or submission of others' work as your own results in disqualification.

Conduct

You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, plagiarize, or disrupt competitions. FTA may remove submissions or revoke participation for violations.

Fees

The Venture Cup is free to enter. If any program fees are introduced in the future, their terms will be stated at the time they are offered.

Limitations

FTA is a student-run organization. Our programs are educational and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We are not liable for decisions made based on competition content or research published on our site.
